Delete from the Krotiva app
Sign in, open Account, select Delete account, and confirm the permanent deletion. Krotiva will delete the account and associated personal profile data unless a record must be retained by law.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@krotiva.com from the address registered to your account. Include your full name and ask us to delete your Krotiva account. We may verify your identity before completing the request.
What is deleted
Account credentials and associated personal profile data are deleted. Limited transaction, delivery, security, or legal records may be retained where required by applicable law. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
