What is Krotiva?
Krotiva is the operating system for creative production teams across the GCC. It brings booking, crew assignment, client collaboration, review and approval, print, and delivery into one connected workflow — so production runs in one place instead of across email, spreadsheets, and chat threads.
Who is Krotiva for?
Freelancers, production companies, creative studios, agencies, and media companies — across TV commercial, film, corporate, and events production. If your work is creating and delivering creative output, Krotiva is built to run it.
How do clients join?
Clients join by invitation. Your studio or agency adds you to a project, and you receive an invite to review work, approve deliverables, and track progress. There is no open client sign-up — access always comes from the production team you are working with.
How do freelancers join?
Freelancers apply through the freelancer application. Applications are reviewed for fit before access is granted, so approved studios get a vetted pool of photographers, videographers, editors, and crew.
Is Krotiva only for the UAE?
No. Krotiva is GCC-first — built for the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. We start with the Gulf because that is the market we know best, not because the platform is limited to a single country.
